With Companies (For Candidates): When Candidates apply for a job, their profile information, including CV, cover letter, screener question responses, full name, career snapshot, and email address, is shared with the relevant Company to facilitate the recruitment process.
With Candidates (For Companies): Job postings and Company profiles are shared with Candidates. However, recruiter contact details are not shared unless the recruiter reaches out to the Candidate outside the Platform.
With Service Providers: We may share user data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, such as payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics services. These service providers only have access to the information necessary to perform their specific functions, and they are required to protect your information.

Employee Confidentiality: Jobscend employees are bound by confidentiality obligations and are trained on the secure handling of user information. This includes understanding the importance of maintaining the privacy and security of the data they may access.
Regular Security Audits: Jobscend conducts regular security audits with the assistance of Flusk. However, we reserve the right to change this service provider at our sole discretion.

Employers are solely responsible for ensuring the lawful processing, security, and storage of the application data they receive.
